Whispering Pines is a tranquil 5 bedroom Bed & Breakfast with a separate Self-Catering Cottage within close easy driving distance to George CBD.

Main House: There are 5 bedrooms, sleeping 10 people comfortably.

All rooms have:

–          En-suite bathrooms

–          Separate, direct access to the garden and pool

–          Mini-safes to lock away valuables

Classic Suite: Largest of the rooms, with a private lounge, dining room and kitchen**.  Lovely outside patio. Double bed; en-suite bathroom with shower over bath. Combined with the African Room (interleeding door), it’s ideal for friends / family travelling together.

African Room: With a small, adjoining lounge/office area. Twin beds; en-suite bathroom with shower over bath.

Pool Room: Sun-filled, opening onto the pool area. Double bed; en-suite bathroom with shower.

Garden Room: Very private room, on the side of the house, with large windows. Separate breakfast patio with seating. Double bed; en-suite bathroom with shower over bath.

Loft Room: Above the Garden Room. Open-plan with small kitchen** and built-in dining nook. Beautiful deck with seating area, boasting fantastic views over the gardens and towards the mountains. Double bed; en-suite with shower.

Forest Cottage: Self-catering, with 1 bedroom & separate loft area, sleeping 4 people comfortably.

Free standing and fully equipped.  Open-plan lounge and kitchen. Lounge with sleeper couch and TV. Wrap-around deck with BBQ and ample seating. Own (protected) parking bay. Main bedroom with double bed and additional TV. Loft/Mezzanine level with double bed and 3^rd TV.  Separate bathroom with bath and shower.

COMMUNAL AREAS: (In/at the Main House)

Living Area – 2 separate lounges, with central fireplace.  The main lounge opens onto the swimming pool patio. Both with mountain and garden views.

Dining Area – Indoors, where breakfast is served.

Swimming Pool Patio – With sunloungers, separate seating area and ‘bar’ area. Wonderful mountain and garden views.

Outdoors – Lush garden, pond, seating area, BBQ area. Uninterrupted Outeniqua Mountain views.
