Milkwood Beach Villa is an upmarket Luxury Villa occupying a prime location right on the beachfront in Sands Road, Wilderness.

One of the original homesteads of Wilderness village, this double-storey Garden Route Beachfront Holiday House has been lovingly restored & renovated, designed and fitted out to the highest specifications to offer the discerning traveller a most comfortable stay.
Milkwood Beach Villa is made up of three en-suite bedrooms all of which are immaculately furnished, accommodating up to six people. Occupying the top level are two sea-facing bedrooms, both of which open onto balconies with full sea vistas. The master bedroom boasts a beautiful jacuzzi spa bath, with the same sea views. The third bedroom is discretely tucked away downstairs and opens onto tranquil gardens with water fountains.
The living areas are also downstairs and comprises of a cosy lounge, an inviting space in which to socialize around the indoor wood-burning fireplace, or cuddle up on the comfortable couch with a good book. This is turn opens onto a dining room with large glass stack sliding doors allowing for the indoors to flow outdoors, onto a spacious sea-facing porch with seating arrangements, dining table and built-in BBQ/braai. Outdoors is an ideal vantage point from which to take in the sprawling sea views for relaxation, sundowners and al fresco dining.
Back inside, the open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, gas stove top, built-in fridge/freezer and more. Just off the kitchen is an intimate cornered off room with leather couches and flatscreen smart TV.
Additional house features include a guest bathroom, an office desk on the landing between the two upstairs bedrooms, a separate laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer, an outdoor shower, direct access into the double automated garage parking, electric piano in the lounge, an alarm with armed response as well as a full inverter system for loadshedding.
Uncapped wifi is offered throughout the house.

LOWER LEVEL
Room 3: Discrete, at the back of the property. King size bed. Double couch and additional seating arrangements. Doors open onto a landscaped garden in the courtyard, with water fountains. Garden views. En-suite bathroom with shower and bath. Heated towel rail.

This property isn’t equipped to be child friendly. No baby cots or high chairs are provided at the villa, please bring your own with. Do take care of small children at this property as there are no safety barriers on the stairs or railings, also there is no safety net on the swimming pool. The owners and property management company will not be held responsible or liable in any way, for any incidents or accidents on the property.
Access via a few stairs, not wheelchair accessible.
There is an inverter / back-up supply of electricity in the event of loadshedding and the stove top is gas.
Security cameras on the outside of the property only.
