Milkwood Beach Apartment is a stylish Self-Catering Apartment located on the sought-after Sands Road in Wilderness.

This property offers one bedroom with a King size bed plus a Single bed in the lounge, sleeping up to three people comfortably. There is a seperate upgraded bathroom with bath and walk-in shower.

The lounge has comfortable couches, a smart flatscreen TV as well as a built-in wood burning fireplace. Doors open out onto the garden-facing entrance foyer with a lovely water fountain.

There is an additional indoor dining room seating 6 people as well as an office nook with desk. There is uncapped wifi throughout.

The kitchen is equipped for a self-catering stay including a coffee maker, microwave and dishwasher. The stove top is gas and oven is electric. From the kitchen, stack doors open outdoors to stairs that lead up to a dedicated BBQ/braai area with outdoor shower and full sea views. Stairs leads through the garden to a gate, which is this property’s private access onto the beach.

A major drawing card is the prime and extremely central location, in the heart of the Garden Route. This is the perfect choice for an exclusive beachfront holiday in a prime location. Within easy walking distance to the village of Wilderness, home to various restaurants, bars, markets, shops and more.

NOTE:

Property is shared with 2 other dwellings: The Main House above the Apartment and a Bachelor Apartment above the garage. Communal side entrance but each unit has its own private door.

This accommodation isn’t equipped to be child friendly. No baby cots or high chairs are provided at the apartment, please bring your own with. Do take care of small children at this property as there are no safety barriers on the stairs or railings, also there is no safety net on the swimming pool. The owners and property management company will not be held responsible or liable in any way, for any incidents or accidents on the property.

Access via a few stairs, not wheelchair accessible.

There is an inverter / back-up supply of electricity in the event of loadshedding and the stove top is gas.

Security cameras on the outside of the property only.
