Plett ARTS Festival 2025

Celebrate creativity at the Plett ARTS Festival 2025 and enjoy fine art, poetry, music, performances, workshops and the unique Plett Land Art Route.

Colour your world – Plett ARTS Festival 2025

Plett has festival fever! Plettenberg Bay has just wrapped up another successful Plett Ocean Festival and the community just can’t get enough of connecting, celebrating, inspiring and imagining. Luckily, the Plett ARTS Festival is just around the corner!

Colour your world this Spring, from 3 – 12 October 2025, Plettenberg Bay is celebrating the best of art where you can meet incredibly talented artists whilst you sip & savour wine and snacks on the go. As is tradition, the festival kicks off with the Twilight Meander through Plett’s main street. Dressed to impress, stroll the street lined with buskers on all corners and art everywhere, enjoy a meal at a restaurant surrounded by recently hung artwork or check out a performance in a hidden space with a glass of bubbles.

The remaining days of the festival are packed with fine art, poetry, music, workshops, a land art route, talks and so much more.

Music concerts, performances, workshops, talks and exhibitions fill the programme for ten days of entertainment and fun against the backdrop of the sea and mountains-scapes.

Plett Land Art is one of the most unique and spectacular features of Plett ARTS Festival, bringing the opportunity to view ephemeral and thought-provoking works in natural environments along the Plett Land Art Route.

The Plett ARTS Festival, now in its 12th year, is more than just art; it’s a celebration covering the area Nature’s Valley to Kranshoek, as artists come together to express themselves by showcasing their talents and reminding us that things aren’t always as they seem.

From the Land Art Route with works connected to and rooted in nature, to portraits, still life and landscapes in oils and acrylics, bronze sculptures, outdoor concerts and theatre… it’s truly a vibrant festival! While many are experienced in their craft, the festival also encourages emerging artists to express themselves and follow their passion.
