On Oyster is an upmarket Luxury Villa occupying a prime beachfront location in the quaint seaside village of Boggomsbaai, near Mossel Bay.

Enjoy uninterrupted sea views with whale and dolphin watching from the comfort of your abode as well as direct beach access mere steps from the front door.

This double-storey Garden Route Beachfront Holiday House boasts incredible features including a sheltered inner courtyard with fenced in heated swimming pool, steam room and indoor BBQ/Braai area. Outside is a lovely jacuzzi cacooned underneath a canopy of trees, the perfect place at which to unwind.

Architecturally designed with a seamless flow between the numerous spaces, On Oyster comprises two indoor lounge areas, two kitchens, various indoor and outdoor seating and dining spaces, indoor and outdoor BBQ/Braai facilities, two outdoor showers and so much more. This villa is designed and fitted out to the highest specifications to offer the discerning traveller a most comfortable stay.

Accommodation consists of seven en-suite bedrooms all immaculately furnished, accommodating up to fourteen people in style. Occupying the top elevated level are four bedrooms, two of which open onto balconies with sea vistas. The master bedroom boasts uninterrupted sea views over the bay. On the lower level are three additional bedrooms, two of which open onto the gardens and offer stunning sea views as well. The third bedroom is tucked away near the back of the property, with large stack sliding doors opening onto a patio with an outdoor shower.

Also on the ground floor level is the main living area: a spacious lounge with very comfortable couches and a gas indoor fireplace, open-plan to a large indoor dining table and a modern kitchen with all the necessities for a self-catering stay including a gas stove top/oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, double door fridge/freezer plus large walk-in pantry. Off the lounge is a room with a large fridge/freezer and additional packing space. At the back of the house is the second high-spec chef’s kitchen with another gas stove top/oven, fridge, various cooking equipment and tools, a washing machine, tumble dryer and second dishwasher.

Both the lounge and dining area boast beautiful sea views and have large stack sliding doors which open onto the undercover garden and sea-facing patio with an outdoor dining table and comfortable couches. There is a fire pit as well as a built-in braai in the garden, both sea-facing. Enjoy easy indoor/outdoor living at this beautiful property!

The garden is enclosed, making this a Garden Route Pet-Friendly Holiday House.

Additional house features include a second lounge with comfortable couches, a large wall-mounted TV, various boardgames, indoor dining table and exercise equipment. Also the partially undercover rooftop deck with dining table, sunloungers, comfortable couches and umbrellas, an ideal vantage point from which to take in the sprawling sea views for relaxation, sundowners and al fresco dining.

There is a full inverter system for loadshedding and uncapped wifi throughout the house.

Boggomsbaai is renowned as a prime fishing destination and the sprawling beach is ideal for long walks.

This property is shared with another dwelling, however the two are separate and private from one another. However, the secure parking, behind a gate, is shared.

This property isn’t equipped to be child-friendly. No baby cots or high chairs are provided at the villa, please bring your own with. Do take care of small children at this property as there are no safety barriers on the stairs or railings, also there is no safety net on the swimming pool (however the swimming pool area is fenced in). The owners and property management company will not be held responsible or liable in any way, for any incidents or accidents on the property.

Upstairs access via stairs, not wheelchair accessible.

There is an inverter/backup supply of electricity in the event of loadshedding and both stove tops are gas.

Security cameras on the outside of the property only.
