Kaaimans Retreat is a beautifully appointed Luxury Villa with full river frontage in the sought-after Gregdale Estate, Kaaimans.

Tucked away in a remote location with secure access, enjoy a stay in the heart of nature, surrounded by birdsong and the sound of the river flowing past.

Various activities including canoeing, fishing, stand up paddle boarding, swimming as well as abseiling are all literally on your doorstep. The Kaaimans Adventures Center is just outside the estate. They offer kayak rentals, a restaurant, bar as well as children’s playground. Kaaimans beach is within walking distance as well. Wilderness and Victoria Bay are a few minutes’ drive on either side.

Kaaimans Retreat offers upmarket accommodation with four bedrooms accommodating up to 8 people in absolute comfort. Split on two levels, downstairs comprises of a TV lounge with comfortable couches and an indoor gas fireplace as well as a second lounge area with dining table and reading nook. Both have stack sliding doors which open onto the undercover patio with built-in BBQ/Braai, outdoor dining table and sunloungers on the river-facing deck. The kitchen is fully equipped for a self-catering stay and the separate scullery houses a dishwasher plus washing machine. Upstairs are all the bedrooms, two of which are river-facing and open onto a shared balcony with table and chairs. The other two bedrooms are mountain-facing.

Additional house features include a guest toilet, underfloor heating, a smart TV, wifi plus an inverter for loadshedding.

Its secluded location is ideal for those who enjoy being outdoors, away from the hustle-and-bustle of every-day life. This is a Garden Route riverfront family-friendly holiday house.
