Kleinkrantz Beach House is a charming and beautifully furnished Luxury Villa situated across the road from the sought-after pet-friendly Kleinkrantz beach, Wilderness.

Tucked away in a residential area at the entrance to Kleinkrantz, the N2 is within easy reach as is the village of Wilderness, a mere ten minutes away. Various outdoor activities including long beach walks, hangliding off the nearby sand dunes and fishing are all on your doorstep.

Enjoy sea views from the comfort of your abode, a stretch of coastline rich in dolphin and whale sightings. The wrap-around deck with jacuzzi is a great place at which to unwind and take in the scenery.

House features includes a wood-burning fireplace, comfortable lounge leading onto the deck, indoor and outdoor dining tables, a fully equipped kitchen with separate scullery (washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher) as well as a lounge upstairs with smart flatscreeen TV and full package DStv. Additional features include uncapped wifi, an alarm system and fully enclosed garden, outdoor shower, outdoor seating arrangements on the sea-facing deck, also a Weber BBQ/Braai.

Accommodation comprises of three light-filled bedrooms sleeping six people in comfort and style, two of which are en-suite, the third with a bathroom adjacent. The third bedroom contains 2 single beds, with 2 extra single pull outs beds suitable for 2 children under 12 years old only – subject to owner approval and additional charge.

Ideal for a family, group of golfers, couples seeking a romantic sea-side stay or group of friends travelling together.

NOTE: If a large group of friends/family, we can combine Kleinkrantz Beach House with Kleinkrantz Beach Cottage and/or Cape Footprints in the same road, alternatively Bella Vista Villa in the adjacent road.

ACCOMMODATION:

There are 3 rooms sleeping a total of 6 to 8 people very comfortably.

Bedroom 1: Upstairs. Queen size bed. Dressing table. Open-air bathroom with small bathtub and seperate shower. Enclosed toilet. Armchair. Leads into TV lounge.

Bedroom 2: Downstairs. Queen size bed. Open-air bathroom with bath and seperate shower. Enclosed toilet. Walk-in cupboards. Sliding door opens onto deck with jacuzzi.

Bedroom 3: Twin beds pushed together. Two single pull-out beds. Walk-in cupboards. Sliding door opens onto garden and private deck.

Bathroom: With shower only.

COMMUNAL AREAS:

Lounge – Downstairs. Open plan with comfortable sofas. Indoor fireplace. Sliding doors open onto wrap-around deck with jacuzzi.

TV Lounge – Upstairs with comfortable couch and smart flatscreen TV with full package DStv.

Dining – Downstairs. Open-plan with lounge. Dining table seating 8 people.

Kitchen – Downstairs. Fully equipped with all the mod cons. Stove with gas top and electric oven, fridge/freezer and wine cooler. Scullery with washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher.

Outdoors – Fully enclosed garden. Sea-facing undercover deck with two dining tables, couches and jacuzzi. Weber BBQ/Braai. Outside store room. Outdoor shower.

This house isn’t equipped to be child-friendly, guests to take care of small children – owners and property management company will not be held liable.

There is a gas stove top and there are also rechargeable lights, in the event of loadshedding.

A safe swimming beach is in Wilderness, approximately 5 – 10 minute drive from this house.

Pets upon prior request only, strictly subject to owner confirmation. Max 2 pets only.

A newly built (2025) house is on the sea-facing side of this property, and not displayed in these photos. It does obstruct some of the sea views.
