Glentana Holiday House is a charming Self-Catering Holiday House situated within a few steps from the beach in the quaint sea-side village of Glentana, between Mossel Bay and George on the Garden Route.

Glentana is known as a quiet residential neighbourhood, one of a handful of little seaside villages along the Garden Route’s idyllic coastline. Enjoy various outdoor activities including long beach walks and fishing literally on your doorstep.

This double-storey property has much to offer. Glentana Holiday House comprises three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms and sleeps up to nine people comfortably.

On the top level are two private bedrooms, both with sea views, and a tri-bunk bed, all of which occupy this open-plan loft area. Downstairs is the third bedroom, which is en-suite, a spacious lounge with a flatscreen TV, two indoor/outdoor living areas both with built-in BBQ/Braai, a well-equipped kitchen with a dining table, a full bathroom, plus an additional guest toilet.

The spacious and fully enclosed garden makes this a perfect Garden Route beachside pet-friendly holiday accommodation.

House features include wifi, a dishwasher, a washing machine, an outdoor shower and a full package DStv. There is also an alarm with armed response.

There are 3 individually decorated bedrooms and a tri-bunk bed, sleeping 9 people in absolute comfort, occupying both levels of this house.

LOWER LEVEL

Bedroom 1: King-size bed. Dressing table and chair. Ample built-in cupboards. En-suite bathroom with a shower. Garden views.

Bathroom: With a shower, bath and toilet. Bath has a hand-held shower.

Guest Toilet.

UPPER LEVEL (LOFT)

Bedroom 2: King-size bed. Smart TV. Sea views.

Bedroom 3: Two single beds (pushed together). Sea views.

Loft: Tri-bunk bed (double at bottom and single on top). Garden views.

COMMUNAL AREAS:

LOWER LEVEL

Lounge – Comfortable seating arrangements. Wall-mounted flatscreen TV with full DSTV package. Sliding doors open onto either side of the garden-facing indoor/outdoor living areas.

Indoor/Outdoor Living Areas – Two areas on opposite sides of the house, both with built-in BBQ/Braais and seating arrangements. Skylights. Shutters open to allow for an indoor/outdoor living feel. Garden views.

Dining Area – Open-plan with kitchen. 4-seater dining table. Sliding doors open onto one of the indoor/outdoor living areas with a 4-6 seater dining table.

Kitchen – Fully equipped for self-catering purposes with gas stove top/oven, coffee maker, microwave, kettle, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Additional stand-alone deep freezer. The door opens onto the outside garden with 2 washing lines. Washing machine in the garage.

Outside – Spacious and fully enclosed garden. Outdoor shower.

NOTE:

The tri-bunk bed has a double bed on the bottom and single bed on the top. The single bed is suited to children under 12 years old only.

Not equipped to be wheelchair friendly. Children of all ages are welcome; however, please take care of small children as there are no safety gates on the stairs or railings.

PARKING:

Two undercover parking bays outside the garages. Garages are for the owner’s private use.
