Forest Hill Wilderness is a Luxury Villa & Self-Catering Apartment holiday accommodation occupying a prime location in Constantia Drive, Wilderness.

Perched high up on the mountain and nestled in a lush forested cove, enjoy a stay surrounded by birdsong and sea views.

The double-storey property offers an open-plan interior design, allowing for easy holiday living with ample light filled interiors and great outdoor spaces.

Occupying the top entrance level is the spacious lounge with indoor wood-burning fireplace, dining area and fully equipped kitchen, which open onto an sheltered undercover balcony with seating arrangements and gas BBQ/braai. There is also a guest bathroom as well as two bedrooms, one being the main and both with en-suite bathrooms.

On the lower level are three additional bedrooms, all en-suite and each opening onto a shared balcony with tranquil forest and partial sea views as well as outdoor seating arrangements.

NOTE: The Luxury Villa exclusive use rate is based on max 8 people sharing. Additional two people can be accommodated in Room #5 on request, at no additional charge. Room #6 can be booked as an optional add-on, subject to owner confirmation and surcharge.

Out of season, the 3 self-contained rooms on the lower level are available to rent on a per room basis. Also, the upstairs main house as a self-contained 2 bedroomed unit.

Additional house features include games room with ping-pong table, smart flatscreen TVs in the lounge and most of the bedrooms as well as uncapped wifi throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the mod cons including gas stove top, kitchen island with bar chairs, washing machine, dishwasher and tumble dryer.

There is an automated garage and ample additional on-site parking. The property is fully enclosed. There is an alarm with armed response and a full inverter system for loadshedding.

Part of the Constantia Kloof conservancy, relax to the sound and sights of the birds with frequent visits by the famous Knysna Loerie.

There is a baby cot in the main bedroom – please supply own baby accessories including blankets, bedding, a cot mattress cover and pillow. A high chair is also available at no additional cost.

The area is a conservancy surrounded by wildlife including birds and bush buck.
